FIXX ENERGY SHAKE to the RESCUE!

Today I was dragging…..after playing tennis I just couldn’t regain my energy and I was cold. Imagine being cold on a beautiful day when it is 80 degrees out! I was about to crawl under the covers and realized I hadn’t eaten lunch.

On my way up to take a nap, I stopped in the kitchen, pulled out the NUTRI BULLET- emptied 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup of cold water, pack of FIXX energy shake, Tbs.
