So you are planning to take a cruise? Congratulations. Bon Voyage!
We just finished a cruise- it was my 5th cruise and this time I did something different than before. I packed 5 simple items that made a HUGE difference.
You can always Google how and what to pack for a cruise and you’ll get a similar ‘list’ but these 5 items are things I’d love to pass along to you, and two of them are space saving ideas.
As you know the closet and ‘cubby’ spaces, not to mention the bathrooms are quite small on any size cruise ship.
Luckily at the last minute I pulled a couple of things from my closet and also made a purchase. Here is what they are:
A hanging bag. I took a hanging bag out of my closet at home designed for shoes – which was perfect, but there are larger sizes available. It worked great for organizing under clothes, t-shirts, bathing suits, shorts, pants, hats, jewelry bag etc. Not only did I know where everything was at all times, they stayed in place and it took up VERY little space.
Jewelry Bag. The next item I took was a jewelry ‘bag’ that rolls up for space saving. When you unroll it, you have pockets for earrings, bracelets, necklaces etc. This fit nicely in the hanging bag and also kept items organized and took up very little space in my suitcase.
Ear Plugs.
The third item worth mentioning was a pair (or two) of ear plugs! Yes ear plugs! In the event you have noisy neighbors (we did, we had families with young children on either side of our cabin) They drown out noises- including snoring. In fact, a friend on the ship complained of getting little sleep the night before and she shared the LOUD SNORING of her sister that she recorded on her cell phone. Luckily I had an additional pair on hand and she went on to enjoy her vacation more with restful sleep.
Hanging Toiletry Bag. The benefit, once again is space saving and this is important in the small bathrooms. There ARE hooks to hand this on. This was the BEST purchase I have made prior to any trip and will use this on all my future trips….by land or sea.
Tavala TRIM.
Face it, everyone eats MORE food on vacation but ESPECIALLY on a cruise. Taking this product WHILE on the cruise will suppress your appetite and cravings….and help you manage the MAGNITUDE of food available and help you NOT GAIN WEIGHT or potentially lose weight. Yes, you heard me right. We had people on our past cruise lose weight- while eating a LOT of feed that they typically don’t eat. Taking the TRIM drink in the morning AND walking more than usual could account for this weight loss.
Or eat to your hearts content, even buy the ‘drink package’ and when you return home, get back ON the TRIM drink so you can lose any weight you may have gained. Either way, “Drink it to Shrink it!”
The TRIM comes in drink form (add water to berry flavored) or capsule and it helps boost the metabolism, gives you more energy and focus, suppresses your appetite and cravings and helps with weight loss. All the things that just about everyone on or after vacation would enjoy. Click here for more information: Trim Product Info

As I was searching for a photo of a cruise ship I googled something that caught my eye. Check it out. If you like cruises and plan to take another one in the future this will be useful. As for us, we earn our cruises with our network marketing company so are looking for a ‘deal’ as ours is already all inclusive and paid for, still I love to share useful information. https://www.roamingaroundtheworld.com/50-cruise-hacks-and-tips-to-save-you-money-hassle-and-weight-gain/
