Okay, so you would need $40,000 to put down on a rental property in order to make $500 per month if everything were perfect and you never had a single vacancy. Don’t forget the sleepless nights worrying about whether or not you can make the mortgage on the vacant property or when the tenants don’t pay. Been there, done that.
Example 3 – Network Marketing:
Invest $150-$1,000 depending on how quickly you wish your business to grow. A little sweat equity 10-15 hrs. per week PT, and you can earn $500 or more your first month. Repeat business is all yours, so every time you add a new customer who is happy with their results of your product you have just created residual income, with no liability, no heavy cash outlay and you’ve made all your money back in the first month!! Then simply find others who wish to be in business with you (find at least 2-3 who take off) and you will be paid and happy for a long time. Imagine doing something RIGHT one time and getting paid over, and over, and over and over AND OVER AGAIN?????
